1. Raw Water Collection
Every journey begins with carefully sourced raw water from approved underground water sources. The water is collected in a dedicated raw water storage tank where its quality is monitored before entering the purification system.

2. Aeration (If Required)
If the source water contains dissolved gases such as hydrogen sulphide or excess iron, it is aerated. During this stage, water is exposed to air to improve its quality and remove undesirable gases and odours.

3. Multi-Grade Sand Filtration
Water passes through layers of specially graded quartz silica sand that trap suspended particles, dirt, clay, silt, rust and other visible impurities.

4. Activated Carbon Filtration

5. Water Softening
If hardness is present, the water passes through a softener where calcium and magnesium ions are exchanged with sodium ions.

6. Anti-Scalant Dosing
A food-grade anti-scalant chemical is carefully dosed before Reverse Osmosis to prevent mineral deposits on the membrane surface.

7. Micron Cartridge Filtration (10 Micron)
Water passes through a 10-micron cartridge filter.

8. Micron Cartridge Filtration (5 Micron)
A second cartridge filter removes even finer particles before the RO membranes.

9. High Pressure Pump
A stainless-steel high-pressure pump forces water through Reverse Osmosis membranes at controlled pressure.

- Maintain required RO pressure

10. Reverse Osmosis (RO)
This is the heart of the purification system.
Water passes through semi-permeable RO membranes where dissolved impurities are separated from pure water.

12. Ozonation
Food-grade ozone gas is infused into purified water.

13. Mineral Balancing

14. Storage in Sanitized Stainless Steel Tank

15. Bottle Washing & Sanitization
Empty bottles are automatically washed using purified water and sanitized before filling.
